Paul Wass has been working in quality management positions for over 25 years. After working at a multi-national telecoms equipment manufacturer for 15 years and climbing the corporate ladder that eventually led to senior management positions I was presented with the opportunity to start a new direction. So rather than go back to working for multi-nationals I decided to specialise in working with SME businesses. For the last 11 years I have been working as an associate auditor for a number of certification bodies, a contract quality manager and implementing various management systems standards. Over the last decade I have come to appreciate the myriad of problems that small business face on a daily basis such as cash flow, late payment, red tape and bureaucracy, time management, finding and keeping clients and/or customers.
