Alim began his career at McBains Cooper whilst studying at University and then joined Halstead Associates as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor in August 2011 upon completing his degree at the University of Greenwich. Alim then became Chartered in May 2014 and has progressed through the ranks at Halsteads to his current role as Associate Director, which he began in June 2018.

David joined Halstead Associates as a Senior Engineer in November 2005, having previously gained experience as a Project Engineer working on a variety of Civil and Structural Engineering projects with large consultancies in the private, commercial and public sectors. David was promoted to Associate Director in 2007 and became Chartered in 2008. In 2013 he became a Director.
Katie began her career at Halstead Associates Ltd in January 2012, as an Assistant Project Surveyor, whilst studying at University at Anglia Ruskin. In June 2016, Katie graduated with a 1st class honors degree. Katie then became chartered in May 2019.
Keeley has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, gaining her degree in Building Surveying in 1999 and being a Member of the RICS since 2003. She has a wide variety of experience in Building Surveying, choosing to specialise in Party Wall and Neighbourly Matters in 2011. Keeley worked for large multidisciplinary practices in the City including Arcadis, Knight Frank LLP, Deloitte LLP and Hollis. Keeley joined Halstead Associates in 2017 as an Associate Director and, since 2018, she has headed up the Party Wall and Neighbourly Matters department.
Terence began his career with Stace prior to joining Halstead Associates as a Junior Quantity Surveyor in 2007, completing his degree at Anglia Ruskin University in 2009. Terence took on the role of Senior Surveyor in early 2014 and was promoted to Associate Director at the beginning of 2015. In September 2016 he became a Director.
