Mr. Mihir Sahana, the Secretary & Executive Director of 4S, is the former Managing Director of Indian Grameen Services (IGS) and BASIX Krishi Samruddhi Ltd (BKSL). He is an Agriculture Graduate with Post Graduation in Rural Management (IRMA) and in Development Studies (Manchester University, UK) and has more than 25 years of experience working with organisations like PRADAN, BASIX, IDE and Dabur in NRM, Livelihoods, Sales and Marketing & Financial Inclusion services .

Prof. Somnath Ghosh is noted academician known for his keen interest in working with various development Institutions and guiding them in the areas of Leadership, Human Resources development and in areas of strategic management. Mr. Vijay Mahajan co-founded 4S by inspiring volunteers from ASSEFA in 2003. He was also the Honorable President of 4S from 2007 to 2018. He is also the Founder of PRADAN and BASIX Social Enterprise Group (BASIX SEG). He is B.Tech from IIT (Delhi), MBA from IIM (Ahmedabad) and the Mid-career Fellow from Princeton University, having 35 years' works experience in the arena of Social Work, Financial Inclusion and Policy making. He is known as "Outstanding Social Entrepreneur of the world" (by World Economic Forum)
