Albert V. Siniscal, P.E., is a Registered Professional Electrical Engineer in Nevada and California, and is a member of IATSE Local One, for the Theatrical Sound Designers Associationi in New York City. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration Degree, both from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. In military service, he was a First Lieutenant Engineer in the USAF Missiles and Space Systems Division where "Zero Defects" was the order of the day. He plays a 5-string banjo to occasionally relax.
