Joining in 2019, Joel Stewart has been working with A&E Ownership Transfer Planning primarily in business valuations. Before joining A&E OTP, Joel was VP of Operations and Product Development at a startup where he managed multiple engineering teams, leading the startup to be acquired by Shiseido, a large multi-national cosmetics company. Joel continued to run the Product Development division of Shiseido's digital group, developing new products, integrating operations and systems across the company, as well as earning several patents.

Michael Hall, President of A&E Ownership Transfer Planning, has developed over 200 ownership transfer plans for A/E firms since he founded his practice in 1987. Mike has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a civil engineering degree from the University of Washington. Before starting his consultant practice Mike worked as a consulting engineer for CH2M-Hill and as the financial manager for a 125 person sanitary engineering firm.
