His faith in God and hard work for his family give him the strength and ability to give 110% every time he faces challenges on a daily basis that he can solve without any hesitation. He is a leader who reaches out to his colleagues to improve as a team and company. He takes pride in the product he delivers every day so that the company can continue to grow to that vision that the owner also has.

Fred has over 40 years' experience as an engineer and businessman having started, managed and sold 5 of his own companies during his career; as well as being an executive manager at numerous large public corporations as well as privately owned independent companies. His experience includes the telecommunications construction industry in OSP as well as in the Oil & Gas drilling services industry.
Fred brings American Utility Company a proven management skill set and vision that will work with fellow colleagues to enable the successful growth and management of the company while delivering the client and partner companies an exceptional work product.

Oscar Guzman, founder and president of AUC; started the company with a vision of community, fair dealing and connectivity. His desire to enter business on his own after 15 plus years of experience in all aspects of telecommunications to continue to provide exceptional client construction services embodying his personal experiences of community, family and respect to each of the company employees.
