ANJLI'S TIFFINS - Key Persons
Anjli is the owner and founder of the company. She developed the idea to start this business when she realized how hard it was to find places that sell Indian home food.
Brandon has played a unique role in the launch of Anjli's Tiffins. Through informal discussions, his support kickstarted the entire endeavor. He has a keen interest in business and has supported in a lot of the fundamental R&D.
Brandon is a M.D./Ph.D. student at the Baylor College of Medicine. He provides continued support to the Tiffin effort through invaluable discussions when we need them the most.

Susan also started out as one of the core customers of Anjli's Tiffins. She was excited to officially join the Tiffin team in 2019. Susan has helped immensely in bringing our food to a diverse customer base and building a very valuable sense of community around the business.
Susan is a retired member of the Houston community. She is a former faculty of University of Houston. She stays engaged in the community through her tutoring and works with people of all ages.
