After receiving her bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Washington State University in 2002, Dr. Golly attended the University of Maryland, School of Dentistry in Baltimore where she earned her doctor of dental surgery degree in 2007. She was then accepted into the oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Louisiana State University HealthCare System in Shreveport, Louisiana. She received her medical doctor degree from LSU in 2010 and completed her residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2013.

Dr. Chris Buttner earned his BS in Biology from the University of New Mexico in 1986. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1990, and his Certificate of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1994.
Dr. Galindo received his dental degree from Universidad Javeriana School of Dentistry. He then pursued specialty training at the University of Rochester Eastman Dental Center, where he earned a certificate in prosthodontics. He later served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Galindo earned his Board Certification from the American Board of Prosthodontics. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists. Dr. Galindo is past President of the Arizona Section of the American College of Prosthodontists, past President of the Scottsdale/Paradise Valley Study Club, and is an active member of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, Central Arizona Dental Society, American College of Prosthodontists, Academy of Osseointegration, American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, and American Prosthodontic Society.
Active in dental research, Dr. Galindo attends numerous continuing education courses every year and has published research and clinical technique papers. He has presented at numerous national and international dental meetings, including the American College of Prosthodontists, the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, the American Prosthodontic Society and the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry.

Dr. Chin received his dental education at the University of Michigan Dental School. He completed his surgical residency at a number of Chicago Hospitals: University of Illinois at Chicago Hospital, Michael -Reese Hospital, West Side Veterans Administration Medical Center, and Cook County Hospital.
Dr. Haney received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Temple University Dental School in 1984. For 23 years, he treated patients at his private practice in Aurora, Colorado. In 2009, Dr. Haney joined the team at ClearChoice Denver and has helped restore thousands of smiles.
Dr. Amit Prabhakar Chavan received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Government Dental College and Hospital in Aurangabad, India in 2009. He earned his Master of Dental Surgery - Prosthodontics degree from CSMSS Dental College and Hospital in Aurangabad, India in 2015. After completing his MDS degree, Dr. Chavan earned a Master of Science in Dentistry degree as well as a Certificate in Prosthodontics from Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2021.
Dr. Anthony S. Chi received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University School of Dental Medicine in 2010 and a Certificate in Prosthodontics from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2014. Additionally, Dr. Chi was selected to be part of the prestigious International Team for Implantology (ITI) at the University of Belgrade in Basel, Switzerland from 2015 to 2016.
Dr. Bolivar Luperon received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree in 2003 and a Certificate in Prosthodontics in 2006 from the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, GA. Dr. Luperon has extensive experience in full mouth rehabilitation, implant dentistry, and fixed prosthodontics.

Dr. Brenda Hall is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. She received her Bachelor of Science in Science from Oklahoma City University in 1994 and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2001. Dr. Melissa A. Dr. Mo Taheri studied extensively in Toronto and Boston, achieving his B.S in Human Biology at the University of Toronto in 2001. He received his DMD at Tufts University in Boston in 2005 and immediately following that he spent a year in a General Practice Residency in Newark, NJ. After practicing for 2 years, Dr. Taheri decided to return to Tufts to pursue his specialty training in Prosthodontics. He became board certified by the American Board of Prosthodontics in 2011. Since completion of his training, Dr. McIver has owned and operated three implant and oral surgical practices in North Carolina. Dr. Matos earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry in 1995. His training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery was completed in 1999 from Bellevue Hospital Center/New York University Medical Center when his specialty certificate was awarded.
