Jose Schnaider is a longtime real estate professional with an array of experience in the industry that ranges from personal real estate investing to brokering high-value transactions. By the time he was 24, Jose was invested in local Los Angeles real estate by way of high-end residential flips, and by 26, his portfolio included multifamily properties across the country. Today, he now owns the fast-rising Los Angeles brokerage, Honey Homes. Credits much of his ongoing success to his early immersion in the industry, as real estate was the family business.

Nancy Sewell stepped into the real estate industry in 2002. Her prior work experience includes Sales, Marketing and Public Relations management in the hospitality industry, Volunteers of America, and the private sector. Her first step into real estate was that of long-term buy and holds and remodels for resale. Eventually, she started her own construction team and managed all aspects of the company, remodeling as many as 6 projects at once. She expanded into land development, notes, wholesaling and commercial deals and has completed more than 500 deals over the course of her career. Her innate desire to serve others, combined with her business acumen and outgoing personality have given her the opportunity to serve as a private coach and mentor for individuals wanting to learn about the business. She is a skilled public speaker and has forged many quality relationships with industry influencers. Recently, she was invited to serve on the advisory board of Veterans for America First. This organization, along with her affiliation with MWR Financial, have a strong focus on providing housing for veterans, first responders and low-income families. In fact, between these 2 organizations alone, our team is engaging in an immediate opportunity to build more than 300 homes. The collective goal is to become the nation's largest provider of newly constructed homes for veterans, active military and first responders.

Odaly began his real estate career in 2012 by acquiring distressed low-income residential homes to reposition and flip for profit. Odaly later formed an investment group and performed over 250 residential flips in a course of 5 years. This experience has provided a great foundation in proper deal analysis, creative finance, construction management and profitable asset liquidation.
Odaly served as founder and president of Port National Real Estate, LLC, a Pennsylvania multidisciplinary brokerage firm that specializes in investment sales, structured finance, and syndication advisory. Port National Real Estate was sold, so he could expand into higher end commercial opportunities.

Ross is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Eagle Road Partners LLC ("Eagle Road"), a boutique private equity and real estate firm located in Denver, CO. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading the firm's capital transactions, portfolio management, and strategic initiatives. He currently serves on the board of directors/advisors for the firm's investment in Laborjack, Rentgrata, Genuity Technology Group, Boulder Auto Detail, Colorado Auto Detail, and Compass Construction, among others. Prior to co-founding Eagle Road in 2017, Ross served as Vice President of Capital Transactions (and 3 earlier roles) for Alden Torch Financial, LLC where he was responsible for acquiring and/or disposing more than 25,000 multifamily units representing over $2.25 billion of real estate value. Ross earned a M.S. in Real Estate from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver and a B.S. in Corporate Finance/Investment Analysis from Colorado State University (both with honors).
