Anastasia Kelly is senior advisor to the chair and executive director of client relations of DLA Piper. Andy Green is executive vice president of HII and president of HII's Mission Technologies division. Green previously served as corporate vice president of strategy and corporate development, and as vice president, component manufacturing, at HII's Newport News Shipbuilding division. Bharat Amin is executive vice president and chief information officer for HII, America's largest military shipbuilding company and a provider of professional services to partners in government and industry. Named to this position in January of 2020, he is responsible for the company's information technology and digital strategic direction with a focus on cyber security capabilities maturity through effective engagement with HII's executive and division leadership teams. Amin established the cybersecurity and IT vision, mission, values and defined the strategy and plan for a modern enterprise services approach to sustain the goals and objectives of HII for years to come. His responsibilities included the strategic development, use, and support of information management and technology function; management of the sector's IT budget for its U.S. product lines; and functional oversight of the sector's operations in the United Kingdom, Sweden, and South Africa. He was instrumental in leading various information technology infrastructure and business transformation programs across the operating group globally. Amin has held various IT leadership positions, formulating and implementing enterprise IT strategy, architecture, policy, and cyber security. He has sponsored and led number of global and U.S.-wide IT initiatives, to integrate businesses in defense and commercial industries. Amin also held leadership positions in industrial engineering and IT at Electrolux Group North America, a global consumer goods manufacturing company. Prior to joining HII, Hart spent more than 20 years leading communications teams and leveraging compelling human storytelling to grow awareness, engagement, and outcomes. Most recently Hart served for six years as vice president of communications and brand at aerospace and defense contractor Sierra Nevada Corporation where she established the company's communications team and function, and grew its brand recognition among national security customers, decision-makers and publicly. Chad Boudreaux is executive vice president and chief legal officer for HII, America's largest military shipbuilding company and a provider of professional services to partners in government and industry. Serving in this role since 2020, he has overall leadership responsibility for HII's Law Department and outside counsel, which provide a broad range of legal advice and support for the company's business activities, including corporate governance matters, compliance, litigation management, and mergers and acquisitions. Previous to this appointment, Boudreaux managed HII's litigation docket and oversaw HII's nationally recognized compliance program as the company's first chief compliance officer. He joined HII in 2011 as corporate vice president for litigation, investigations and compliance. In 2014, he led the Law Department team that won the coveted ACC Value Challenge Award for HII's compliance program, a program that has since been heralded as "a roadmap for other companies." Collins (U.S. Army, Ret.) is the CEO of MINACT Inc., a Mississippi-based contractor that supports the U.S. Department of Labor's Job Corps program in several states throughout the country. Collins served in the U.S. Army and Mississippi National Guard for more than 35 years and held numerous command and staff positions, including command of the Mississippi National Guard's 155th Brigade Combat Team, which deployed to Iraq and was responsible for security operations in the southern and western provinces. Tom Schievelbein is a retired chairman, president and CEO of The Brink's Co. Prior to Brink's, Schievelbein served as president of Northrop Grumman Newport News and was a member of the Northrop Grumman Corporate Policy Council from November 2001 until November 2004. He also served as chief operating officer of Newport News Shipbuilding Inc. from 1995 until 2001 and was responsible for the design, construction and maintenance of nuclear-powered aircraft carriers and submarines. Schievelbein has served on the board of directors of New York Life Insurance Co. since 2006 and currently serves as chairman of its compensation committee and as a member of its investment and its governance and policy committees.
