CARDINAL CLUB ESTATES HOA

All homeowners in Cardinal Club Estates are members in good standing when annual dues are paid in February. In December, members choose a board of directors for one-year terms and may vote on other initiatives that properly come before the body. The board* is currently comprised of a president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, and three at-large directors. In addition, the presidents of the five associate HOAs are invited to CCEHOA's board meetings (they are not voting members of the Board unless they were also elected to the CCEHOA Board as an at-large member). To help address the homeowners' needs, we have a Landscaping Committee, Community Outreach Committee and an Architectural Review Committee ("ARC").
