Brian W. Adams - CFO

Joining CareKinesis in late 2011, Mr. Adams leads the finance, accounting, treasury, and risk management functions. Mr. Adams has broad experience in financial management including strategic planning, business performance optimization, and financial integration for mergers and acquisitions. The majority of his career has been spent with organizations experiencing rapid growth. Mr. Adams was previously with KPMG LLP, a firm that provides audit, tax, and advisory services. At KPMG, he was responsible for leading finance and accounting for the US Management Consulting Practice. Prior to that, he was the finance lead for their Mid-Atlantic Audit Practice, which included the firm's Federal Business. Mr. Adams began his career at excelleRx, Inc., where he was responsible for budgeting and was director of the accounts receivable department. Mr. Adams is a graduate of the University of Richmond, Robins School of Business. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
