CBS works closely with the Illegal Money Lending team and Stop Loan Sharks Team through Cornwall County Council. CBS is a member of the Cornwall Independent Poverty Forum and provides services directly in Truro, Newquay, Penzance and Camborne. CBS also works closely with Pentreath, The Samaritans and Transformation Cornwall... CBS is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to give advice and is also a member of Advice UK... CBS provides group presentations as well as individual one to one sessions. Face to face advice is offered on a therapeutic journey in a non judgemental way. Person Centred Therapy and Debt Counselling are offered as part of the building of trusting relationships which are developed gradually over a period of time.
