Mss.: Iimaan has Over 10 years of consecutive experience with a progressive hand of Program Management providing capacity-building training to different Community empowerment, government, and nongovernment institutions in the thematic areas of institutional building, development, Protection, and legal Access to justice, legal aid services. She supervised and managed several development projects and programs across Somaliland and Somalia, according to my professional skills in management, academically I have an LLB in Law, a bachelor's degree from the University of Hargeisa, and a Master of Education Policy Planning and Management from the University of Unity (ongoing).
Mr. Abdirahman Warsame holds Masters of Development Studies, Peace and Conflict Studies and International Law and Diplomacy. 13 years highly skilled governance, gender, peace and security expert with experience in conflict and post conflict East Africa, political transition and electoral systems/processes. An excellent professional in conducting and applying political/electoral analysis, training and capacity building, citizen engagement, elections, conflict management and resolution.
