Dr Alison Duncan is a highly experienced dermatologist with more than 12 years at consultant-level, including 7 years at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, a highly respected university service. Dr Davide Altamura is a highly experienced general and specialist consultant dermatologist and dermatology surgeon in Cayman, with a special interest, awards and multiple publications in the field of skin cancer and in particular Dermoscopy and the identification of both malignant and benign skin lesions. He covers the full range of both chronic and acute dermatology conditions, as well as male genital disorders, and of course skin cancer diagnosis and management. With more than 10 years' experience as a consultant in the UK in both tertiary and local hospitals, the latter 6 years of which was at the highly respected Broomfield Hospital. Dr Davide Altamura completed his initial medical education in Italy at the highly respected medical university of Siena before training in general dermatology and venereology, eventually gaining a coveted postgraduate Master Degree in Dermato-surgery. He moved to the UK, undertaking further training and then joining the GMC specialist register in 2014.

Dr Laura Hole is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in the Cayman Islands with 15+ years' experience. She recently joined the team at Integra in June 2023. She has a host of experience and training particularly in gynae ultrasound, colposcopy (BSCCP accredited) along with numerous surgical procedures including: surgical gynae oncology, advanced laparoscopy and complex open surgical procedures. Dr Hole has worked in helping ensure healthcare for all, with some of her previous posts being in Tanzania and Ghana where she was involved in efforts to reduce maternal and child mortality. Quality patient care is at the core what Dr Hole does and she is a strong believer, like our team at Integra of a multidisciplinary approach; working closely with nurses, oncologists, radiologists and more. Dr Manoharan has 23 years' experience in obstetrics and gynaecology, including more than a decade at tertiary level, 7 years as consultant at the prestigious Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust and a number of years as assistant professor of clinical obstetrics and gynaecology at the world-renowned Weil Cornell Medicine, located in their Qatar campus, part of Cornell University. Besides her significant general experience in pregnancies, Dr Manoharan has a special interest in high-risk pregnancies, including extensive experience of managing patients with diabetes, as well as other medical complications or pre-existing conditions. Additionally, Dr Manoharan has a specialist interest in Fetal & Maternal medicine, including the management of twin pregnancies and those where fetal anomalies exist. Prior to working at Doctors Hospital, she ran a successful practice in Ontario, Canada (her home country) where she specialized in Otolaryngology and Laryngology services along with refined aesthetics and cosmetic surgery. She then moved to the Cayman Islands where she first worked with ENT in Cayman, as one of the clinical leads who helped launch voice and swallowing therapy services in Cayman, a particular area of interest for her. Every Thursday, Dr. Rob Bomont will be located at our Harbour Walk Location - 52A Edgewater Way. Dr Rob Bomont is a highly experienced, tertiary trained and accredited specialist paediatrician and neonatologist in Cayman. He is based out of Grand Pavilion on West Bay Road with admitting rights at both the Doctors Hospital and Cayman Islands Hospital in George Town. Before relocating to Cayman, he was College Tutor for the Royal College of Paediatics and Child Health, Programme Training Director for the Kent, Surrey and Sussex Deanery and a Consultant and Lead Clinician for neonatology at University Hospitals Sussex. He has a particular interest in antenatal counselling, developmental paediatrics, childhood infection and paediatric medicines. Dr Rob Bomont completed undergraduate medical training at the University of Edinburgh, and it was there he first developed his passion for paediatric and neonatal medicine. Dr Bomont undertook a further degree in Pharmacology (study of medicines) whilst there. Dr Bomont completed general paediatric and subspecialty neonatal training in the Oxford, Rutland and East of England Deaneries gaining experience in the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, Leicester Royal Infirmary and the Rosie Hospital, Cambridge. He is accredited in both Paediatric Medicine and Subspecialty Neonatal Medicine having completed a total of 10 years of training in Paediatric Medicine, four of which were solely in tertiary neonatal centres. Dr Bomont has over 17 years of experience as a Consultant Neonatologist working in a regional tertiary level neonatal medical and surgical unit in Brighton, UK. He practices "hands-on" evidence-based medicine and has the highest professional and clinical standards. Laterally he was clinical lead for a team of 12 consultants. Dr Bomont's clinical responsibilities included care of all newborn infants from 22 weeks gestation onwards. He was a member of the National Policy Group which rolled out the Newborn Infant and Physical Examination Programme for the United Kingdom. Dr Bomont has specific training in Developmental Paediatrics and was lead for paediatric infectious diseases and immunisation. He was a trainer and course director for the Resuscitation Council UK, NLS and ARNI newborn resuscitation courses for doctors, nurses and midwives. Dr Bomont is a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health.

Dr Tanushree Bhakta-Perry is a Family Physician & General Practitioner (GP) based in the Cayman Islands with over 12 years' experience. Dr Bhakta-Perry graduated from the University of Liverpool Medical School in 2010 and completed her 2 Foundation Years in busy district general and tertiary hospitals. She commenced Obstetrics and Gynaecology training in the Merseyside Deanery, however realised that she missed learning about and managing the person as a whole so decided to apply for General Practice training. She commenced GP training on the South Worcestershire VTS scheme from 2016-2019, which involved working in a busy A&E department at Worcestershire Royal Hospital and doing her GP training in large practices in the Worcestershire countryside and Worcester city centre. Upon obtaining her Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners, UK (MRCGP) in summer 2019, Dr Bhakta-Perry commenced working as a 7 session GP in a busy practice in South Worcestershire, working throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, then to a super practice in Birmingham, also working as a 7 session GP. She relocated to Grand Cayman in September 2021 with her now husband and worked at a busy Urgent Care facility on island until February 2023 as a GP and Urgent Care Physician. She has recently joined our Family Physician & GP team at Integra (in April 2023). Dr Bhakta-Perry is passionate about holistic care and enjoys working with members of the multi-disciplinary team to help patients manage their symptoms. Outside of work, Dr Bhakta-Perry loves swimming! She states: "I think it is amazing for your physical and mental health, and always try to encourage patients to do this where possible. I think water safety is also important and being a small island, I think it is important that people should know how to swim and be safe in the open water." Dr Bhakta-Perry joined Integra in April 2023 and looks forward to continuing to working as a GP and helping the community here in the Cayman Islands.

He is highly-experienced in outpatient care and in the past has provided integrative approaches to healthcare through partnerships with specialists and multi-disciplinary teams.
