COUNTRY OAKS COTTAGES

Country Oaks is an affordable, small, quiet, locally owned and operated duplex neighborhood located on six tree covered acres at 5585 Straub Road, College Station, Texas 77845. We are in the College Station school district and several of CSID's best schools are located nearby. All of our 12 cottages are two bedroom, one bath and come with a full size washer and dryer. We are a no smoking community and we don't allow pets or HUD at this time. We usually require a 12 month lease, but we can occasionally offer shorter terms in certain circumstances. Our application and screening fee is $34 for each resident over 18. We stay pretty much full, but please call for availability and pricing...
