Since real estate tax matters are local by nature, we regularly represent clients in the state courts, as well as before administrative state and local taxing bodies that deal with real estate assessments. We have successfully appealed property assessments in Illinois' Cook, DuPage, Lake, Will and Kane Counties, as well as numerous other counties inside and outside of Illinois.
