DAVID BLAIR - Key Persons
Raquel has a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from California State University-Northridge, where she also received her Bachelor's degree in Public Health. While in graduate school, she trained with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta as a public health advisor for quarantine stations at Los Angeles International Airport.
As of most recently, she has worked with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health as an epidemiologist and outbreak investigator.
