Development Vision Organization (DVO) is an Afghan non-governmental, non-partisan, and nonprofit organization. Headquartered in Herat province, DVO was established in 2017 by a group of determined young professionals to use educational development as a vehicle to curb poverty, insecurity, and violent extremism; and to promote economic development. Development Vision strives to enrich local communities, institutions, and the private sector through infrastructure development, humanitarian aid, education and coaching... Our Vision: To create a movement that prioritizes education and drives greater social change through education.
