Dr. William "Bill" DuBoyce is representing Rotary Zone 33. Bill is also the Vice Chairman of the DAUSA Board of Directors. Bill is a Past President of the Bladensburg, Maryland Rotary Club and he is still a member there. Bill attended Howard University College of Medicine and he is a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician. He is presently a Physician at Medstar. In addition to being a very active Rotarian and a supporter of Disaster Aid USA, Bill is the President of the Friends of the National Ballet. Bill brings a solid Rotarian background to our Board of Directors.

Mr. Kenneth "Larry" Agee is the Executive Director of Disaster Aid USA and represents District Zone 31. Mr. Kenneth "Larry" Agee is the Executive Director of Disaster Aid USA and also represents Rotary Zone 31. He has a Bachelor Degree from Louisiana Tech University, Business Management, Major Production and Operations Management, currently called Sustainable Supply Chain Management. The degree includes instruction in acquisitions and purchasing, inventory control, storage and handling, "just-in-time" manufacturing logistics planning, shipping and delivery management, transportation, quality control, resource estimation and allocation, and budgeting. He is currently self employed with his independent financial planning business. Larry is a Rotarian of 8-years and he currently serves as Assistant District Governor. He has received the Rotary International Service Above Self Award for 2010/2011. He has also received the Service Above Self Award for His District (6200) and His Club and been awarded Rotarian of the year award for his club. Larry's disaster aid experience is extensive. He served 4-years respectiavely for ShelterBox and Disaster Aid International. These 4-years resulted in 7-deployments with 6 as a team leader. His duties have included logistical management of containers, transportation, customs and labor issues, evaluating disaster areas for proper distribution of aid with proper recording of beneficiaries. This has resulted in successful experiences of working with numerous NGOs and governments, including the UN, Red Cross, Marion Medical Mission, Food for the Hungry, World Vision, UNCIEF, and many others, to coordinate relief efforts.

PDG Arthur Hodge

Arthur Hodge is representing Rotary Zone 34. Arthur joined The Rotary Club of Vero Beach Sunrise in April of 2002. He has served on many committees of the club and has perfect attendance since joining. He has served on the Club's Board for seven years and was Club President in 2008-2009. After serving as President, Arthur was the District 6930 Area 7 Assistant Governor for 2009-2010 and 2010-2011. As an RLI Discussion Leader he has facilitated Parts 1, 2 and 3 in both Florida and the Caribbean. District 6930 duties have included: Governor 2013-14, District Trainer, Caribbean Partnership, Finance Committee, and District Conference Committee for four years including its Conference Chair for 2012. Arthur is a Paul Harris Society member with multiple Paul Harris Awards. He has attended five International Conferences, Zone Seminars, six Multi-District P.E.T.S., visited four countries for the purpose of Humanitarian Projects and has taken an active part in many District meetings and Conferences. Currently Arthur is District Paul Harris Society Chair, District RLI Director 2015-16, Zone 34 Director of the Caribbean Partnership.

Robert R. "Bob" Grill - Founder, President

Robert "Bob" Grill was born and raised in Franklin, Pennsylvania, in 1969 he started his own construction company, specializing in residential and commercial building and remodeling and he is still semi-active in his business. He was invited to become a Rotarian in 1992. He is a past president of his Rotary Club (3 times), 2012-03 District Governor District 7620. In 2009.Invited to and represented D.K. Lee, President of Rotary International at a district conference in L'Aquila, Italy. He has received many awards for his service to Rotary. Founded, chaired and worked on many club service projects. Served as manager, coordinator of his club fund-raiser for 12 years (preparing and selling food and drinks at the FedEx field during Redskin football games and other stadium events. On the district level has served 7-1/2 years as the treasurer of the Chesapeake President Elect Training Seminar. Aide to five RI Presidents and six RI Presidents Representatives. During his years as a Rotarian he has served on several district committees, (annual-fund, permanent fund, Rotaract, RYLA). In 2015 received the Rotary International Service Above Self Award. Through his membership and leadership in Rotary, his service is known locally, nationally and internationally. Bob has been married 60 years and has three children, he is a family man believing in family values, and he enjoys hunting, fishing and cooking.

Russ Koon

Russ is a member of the Cheat Lake Rotary in Morgantown, West Virginia. He has been a member of the Cheat Lake club since 2006. Russ joined Rotary in 1982 and was a member of the Rotary Club of College Park, Maryland. Russell is a graduate of the Rotary Leadership Institute. He served as club president in club year 1996-1997. Russ has served on and chaired many club and district committees. He served District 7620 as Assistant Governor in 2002-2003 and 2004-2005. He also was District 7620 Club Service Director. Currently Russ chairs the Rotary District 7545 Disaster Relief Committee. Russ is a retired from Verizon Communications Company, where he managed outside plant engineering and construction in Washington, DC, and the adjacent counties in Maryland. Russ and his wife Lois reside in Morgantown, West Virginia. They have been married over 50 years and have 1 daughter and 2 sons and 4 grandchildren. Russ and Lois volunteer a large amount of their free time traveling to Rotary clubs, conferences and disasters providing relief and promoting Disaster Aid USA.

Tore Knos

Tore Knos is a Venice California resident and is a board member representing zone 26. He is a DART (Disaster Team Response Team) member and has been deployed to South Sudan, Malaysia, Philippines, Bahamas, and Dominica. Tore has a PhD in Public Administration from the University of Georgia and has taught construction management at the university level. He has licenses in construction and plumbing in addition of being a ICC certified code inspector in all facets of residential construction. He has written one book titled The Shi**y Little Book on urine diverting dehydrating toilets on how to provide fertilizer and sanitation to rural areas. Tore is a Rotarian who is the past President of North Atlanta Rotary and is a graduate of the Rotary leadership institute. He became a Paul Harris fellow in 2010, Rotarian Humanitarian Star Award in 2016, club Rotarian of the year in 2010, and the David Chow Foundation humanitarian award in 2017.

Wayne R. Beaumier Sr. is the Chairman of the Board of DAUSA. Past President of two Clubs in Rotary District 5890, Presidential Citation Award winner. He has served 4 times as Assistant Governor, currently serving his third term as District Disaster Chair. Distinguished Service and Community Service Award winner. Club and District 5890 Rotarian of the year. Wayne was promoted to Chairman of the Board January 2018 and will continue his zone role as well as helping developed domestic response unit members and international DARTS. (Disaster Aid Response Team) He is employed by Standard Safety Equipment Company a USA based manufacture of high end reusable chemical fabrics and chemical clothing. His focus is on refineries and chemical companies that use Sulfuric or Hydrofluoric acid. He has worked there for more than 25 years and mixes Rotary with his work responsibilities as Vice President of Sales and handles all aspects of the company's distribution networks worldwide. Standard Safety also manufactures Germ Free Chambers that are used in laboratories and universities for research.
