Robert Kilkelly

Robert graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology (2014) and a Master of Clinical Psychology (2024) from the University of Newcastle. Robert has worked therapeutically with a diverse range of people, including adults, children, and adolescents in a variety of contexts including public mental health and private practice. Robert currently works with adolescents (12+ years), adults and older adults. Robert is experienced in working with a range of presentations including stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationship and interpersonal difficulties. Robert draws from various treatment approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing and Mindfulness. Robert is passionate about helping his clients make changes that will help them face challenging situations and enrich their life. Robert graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Newcastle in 2014 and is currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology. Sara Adams

Sara is the Director and Registered Psychologist at East Maitland Holistic Psychology Clinic. In addition to running her private practice, Sara is currently providing treatment to individual patients as well as delivering psycho-education and therapeutic group treatment to in-patients and outpatients at Maitland Private Hospital. Sara is experienced in working with stress related issues, depression, anxiety, social phobia, self-esteem issues, PTSD, complex childhood trauma, family and relationship issues. Sara enjoys working with individuals, couples and groups of all ages. Sara's work is eclectic. She is trained and skilled in using various treatment therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy ("CBT"), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ("ACT"), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy ("DBT"), Mindfulness/Relaxation, Eye Movement Desensitisation Re-Processing ("EMDR"), Schema Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. Sara is passionate about helping others find a way of living a more rewarding and meaningful life.

Verity Wilson

Verity graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology (2013) and Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Hons) (2017). Verity currently also works at Maitland Private Hospital, providing individual therapy to patients and facilitating outpatient treatment groups. Verity has delivered Anxiety, Depression, Alcohol and Drugs (substance misuse), Well-being and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) group programs. Verity loves working with individuals, couples and groups and seeing the positive changes that come. Verity is experienced in providing Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Verity loves to help her patients and clients find meaning and purpose in life, while simultaneously helping them overcome barriers.
