We're the first specialty coffee micro-roasters in Cochabamba, the 3rd largest city of Bolivia -a coffee producing country. Our mission is to not only introduce the very best of Bolivian coffee to Bolivians, who most times are completely unaware about the awesomeness of this locally produced product, but also elevate the local coffee culture, create pride in their own amazing coffee and the producers behind it, and hopefully contribute to a growing local demand that will support the financial stability of Bolivian producers and the quality they're capable of producing. All this, while building a team of outstanding bolivian coffee professionals that can count on a career path towards complete fulfillment... Not only is she our head Production Roaster, but under Cliff's wings she has flourished into a kick-ass coffee profiler and head roaster here at Elevate.
