Elite Broadband Services, Inc. was established in 2021 in Texas by Willard Dilbeck, a former cable technician with over thirty years of installation and management experience. Will first gained experience as a technician and worked his way up to VP of Operations at another major cable company. Will was originally from Blue Ridge, Georgia where he grew up and he later attended school in Florida. He and his wife Sheila live in Hughes Springs, Texas where he has raised his family... We provide best-in-class broandband installation and customer service for TV, Internet, Phone, and Video to the residential and business communities we serve.
