Equally Present is committed to raising awareness of the importance of both parents being equally present and responsible for their children's upbringing, and to drive reform that results in the best outcome for children, parents, families, and society... We are a concerned group of custodial and non-custodial parents who are committed to bringing about change in our judicial system which will greatly benefit the lives of our children and us as parents. More broadly, we are looking to improve the opportunities and lives of all children who are currently at risk because they do not have equal access to both parents.
