CENTER FOR ETHICAL LEADERSHIP

The revelations of the #MeToo movement, digital disruption, declines in audience and readership, and lack of gender and racial diversity in news organizations are symptoms of a larger issue: the need for fostering ethical, effective leadership and management of news organizations. Our curriculum focuses on preparing journalists to be ethical, effective leaders and managers of news organizations and in this way equips news leaders to respond to and manage change and create news organizations where all can succeed.
