Ann has over 15 years of experience as a Product leader building disruptive, industry-defining technology products. Before Mahana she was a product leader at Intercom and Airbnb where she helped launch new products and worked on org scaling and team building through hyper-growth. Before Airbnb, Ann founded NabeWise, a location-based consumer platform, which she sold to Airbnb. Ann lives in Sonoma County on a tiny vineyard with her husband, two kids, and one bouncy Jack Russell.
Ellie executes a generalist role at the studio with a focus on building with no-code tools and operations. She has been an On Deck Catalyst fellow for young professionals in tech and startups, a No-Code fellow for expanding knowledge of the no-code space, and a Community Builder fellow for creating and running communities of value. Ellie is also a recent graduate of Duke University where she majored in political science and spent a semester in Russia.

Gabriel is a serial founder and senior executive with experience building startups inside and outside of organizations, including with Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group.
He has experience in B2B and B2C services, platform business models, family offices, licensing, and community. He has worked in multiple industries, including travel, healthcare, consulting, hospitality, consumer tech, finance, education, restaurants, and nonprofits.
His strengths include vision, strategy, product, and partnerships. His focus and interests are in solving big problems and innovations that have positive impact. He set up one of California's first Public Benefit Corporations and is an advocate of multi-stakeholder corporate models.
Gabriel earned a Bachelor's in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Stanford Business School. He lives in Austin, Texas and he enjoys travel, cooking, tennis, and his dogs.
