Charlie Taylor recently retired as a Senior Partner with McKinsey and Company, where he has worked for the past 30 years. For the first decade, he lived and worked in Australia, USA, Hong Kong, Japan and South Africa, serving clients across the mining, financial, agriculture and telecoms sectors. For the second decade he led the Indonesian practice for 5 years while living in Jakarta, and also led the Asian, Travel, Logistics and Infrastructure Practice from Singapore. He returned to Sydney 10 years ago, and successfully built and led new practices in Health and the Public Sector. These sectors now comprise over 20% of McKinsey's activity and are led by over 10 partners with over 70 consultants. His work in the Australian health sector has included support for state and federal governments on hospital service configuration, chronic disease care models, e-health records, tele-health pilots, as well as working for private sector medical device and pharma companies. He has also worked extensively in the areas of disability, vocational education and transport infrastructure. He co-authored the report "Beyond the Boom. Australia's Productivity Imperative". He also led the research on the health and public sector for "Compete to Prosper: Improving Australia's Competitiveness". More recently he authored the report "Australia's Automation opportunity". Prior to joining McKinsey, Charlie worked with Citibank in the Treasury division of its Sydney office. He has chaired the Andrews College Council at the University of Sydney for the past six years where he has led a campaign raising over $5m to support bursaries and a new building. He is an advisory board member for the new Macquarie University medical school. Charlie has also supported pro bono work for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, and the Sydney Opera House and most recently he has taken on the role of the Honorary Federal Treasurer for the Liberal Party.Charlie holds a Bachelor of Economics (First Class Honours) and Law (Honours) from the University of Sydney. He was awarded a Packer Cambridge Commonwealth Scholarship and was awarded a Master of Philisophy in Economics at the University of Cambridge.

Chris Harrop is a Senior Partner in the Melbourne office of Bain & Company, the global strategy consulting firm. Chris has worked with Bain for over 25 years, and is currently completing his second term on Bain's global Board of Directors. He has worked on a wide array of strategic and operational issues over the course of his career, but has a particular passion for helping companies grow by improving the experience they provide to their customers. Chris is a non-executive director of Goodstart Early Learning and of Social Ventures Australia. He is the co-founder of Restacking the Odds, a non-profit collaboration between Bain, the Murdoch Children's Research Institute and Social Ventures Australia, which is working to improve outcomes for disadvantaged children in Australia. He earned an MBA (honours) from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland and a Bachelor of Commerce from Otago University in New Zealand, where he graduated with first class honours in marketing management.

Chris has 15 years' experience as a private equity investor and corporate advisor. Chris was previously a Partner with Crescent Capital partners, Principal with Bain Capital Asia and a strategy consultant with Bain & Company. Chris is the Chair of the Refugee Advice & Casework Service (RACS), Australia's oldest and largest asylum seeker community legal centre. Chris has held numerous corporate directorships, in particular across the healthcare sector, and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney.

Don is Chair of QSuper and MH Carnegie and was previously Chair of QIC. Don was previously Executive Director of Anglicare South Queensland and Non-Executive Chair of Anglicare North QLD. Don was CEO of Sunsuper for ten years until May 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts from the University of QLD.

Dr Stephen Judd has over 30 years of experience in healthcare and information technology. After a decade in the IT industry, he became Chief Executive of HammondCare in 1995. Over the following 25 years, HammondCare evolved from serving fewer than 250 residents in care homes with an annual revenue of $8m to caring for over 25,711 people in the community, in residential care homes as well as in sub-acute health and hospital services, with 2019- 2020 revenue of over just under $350m.

Ellen was a Manager at PwC and has eight years' experience in professional services. Ellen is currently the Treasurer of Fusion Theatre, an inclusive theatre company based in Dandenong which is a public presence and voice for people with disabilities in the community and strives to promote an affirmative view of disability through the performing arts. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Melbourne and is a Chartered Accountant.

Prior to that, Harry worked in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs. Harry holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Economics) from the University of Melbourne, where he was a Chancellor's Scholar.

Jan Owen is a highly regarded social entrepreneur, innovator, influencer and author. She has led and founded many organizations and businesses, most recently the Foundation for Young Australians and Learning Creates Australia. Jan provides strategic advice and support to visionary, bold and innovative leaders. She is a national thought leader on the future of work and young people, the adaptable workforce; and the transformation of education in Australia. Jan was named one of Australia's True Leaders in 2018 and the Inaugural Australian Financial Review and Westpac Woman of Influence in 2012 for her relentless commitment to unleashing the talent of young people, driving social innovation and entrepreneurship and leading change in education. Lin is an Associate Dean at the Australian and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG). She was Deputy Secretary for Social Policy in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet from 2016 to 2019. From 2002-2016 Lin was the National Director of UnitingCare Australia, the national body for Australia's largest NGO network of social, health and aged care services, delivering human services across Australia. Lin has served on a wide range of boards and government advisory bodies, including as President of the Australian Council of Social Service, Chair of the Australian Social Inclusion Board, and chair of The Australia Institute. She was a member of National Place Based Advisory Group providing advice to the Prime Minister and the Minister for Families, the Community Response Task Force advising the Deputy Prime Minister during the global financial crisis, and the Aged Care Sector Committee advising the Minister for Health and Aged Care. Lin holds a Masters in Applied Psychology. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, was ACT Australian of the Year in 2008, received a Churchill Fellowship in 2003, and was awarded a Chief Minister's International Women's Day Award in 2002.

Michael was the founding CEO of Social Ventures Australia from 2002 -14. Prior to this role, Michael spent 15 years as a Co-Founder and Executive Director of Macquarie Bank's private equity arm, Macquarie Direct Investment. In his time there, the Macquarie Direct Investment team invested in 43 businesses generating a gross rate of return of 32.3%. Michael chairs Australia's largest charitable foundation, the Paul Ramsay Foundation, is a Director of Sunsuper, MH Carnegie & Co., Australian Philanthropic Services and Hearts & Minds Investments and was previously Chair of Goodstart Early Learning. Michael Chairs the Federal Government Social Impact Investing Taskforce and is the author 'Jumping Ship - from the world of corporate Australia to the heart of social investment', Winner Ashurst Business Literature Prize 2017. Michael holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Peter Murphy has over 25 years' experience in finance, management and governance. After spending his early career at Macquarie Investment Management Limited in Institutional Funds Management, he has worked in a range of sectors including aged care, tertiary education and superannuation. He has expertise in financial control, investments and achieving growth. Peter spent almost a decade as CEO of Christian Super which won numerous awards during his tenure, including Best ESG Fund (Super Review, 2014); Best Green Super Fund (Money Magazine, 2011 & 2013); Infinity Award (SuperRatings, 2010 & 2012); and Sustainable Fund of the Year (Ethical Investor, 2008 & 2011). He led a team which pioneered impact investing in Australia, with investments in 16 countries including microfinance, microinsurance, sustainable agriculture, community infrastructure, renewable energy and tertiary education. Peter also has experience dealing with various government departments. In 2016, he chaired the Socially Affordable Housing Committee for BaptistCare NSW, resulting in $235 million dollars of NSW state government funding (over 25 years) for the construction of 500 socially affordable houses in 8 locations, with a terminal value exceeding $500 million. Peter is a sought-after consultant, known for his strategic ability and relational skills, providing advice to a number of superannuation funds and not-for-profit organisations in strategic planning and product development. He has extensive governance experience, including stints on the advisory committee of Macquarie Cleantech Fund, the Australian Committee of the United Nations Principles of Responsible Investment, and the LP Committee of Microvest. He is currently Director and Secretary of the Responsible Investment Association of Australasia, Chairman of the Impact Investment Forum, and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee (and a Director) for BaptistCare NSW & ACT. Peter has Masters degrees in Commerce and Arts. Steve has over 25-years' experience in impactful infrastructure and in building and growing businesses around the world. Steve's experience covers investment origination, execution and management as well as business development. Steve has held numerous board and investment committee roles. Steve is currently the CEO and co-founder of Palisade Impact. He is also a member of Palisade Impact's Board of Directors. Immediately prior to founding Palisade Impact, Steve spent 16 years at Macquarie Asset Management where he held several roles across infrastructure and renewables. Most recently Steve was Global Head of Impact Investing and was a member of several investment committees. Before this, Steve was Head of the Investor Solutions Group in Asia Pacific, where he oversaw considerable growth in the platform with a particular focus on water, waste to value, energy transition and held numerous board and management committee roles. Previous to this, Steve spent five years in London where he was COO of the Macquarie European Infrastructure Funds business. Prior to joining Macquarie, Steve worked in advisory roles at Citibank and Price Waterhouse. Steve is the inaugural Chair of Homes Victoria, which oversees $26 billion of social and affordable housing in Victoria as well as the Big Housing Build. Steve actively supports several non-profit organisations including Berry Street (one of Australia's largest independent family service organisation supporting children and families) where he is a board member. Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne (with honours) and a Master of Business Administration from London Business School (with distinction).

Tim has over 25 years experience in real estate investment banking and investment management. Most recently Tim was a Senior Portfolio Manager in the First Sentier Global Property Fund, having previously been Co-Head of Real Estate Investment Banking team at Deutsche Bank. Tim has extensive experience in real estate capital raising, mergers & acquisitions and investment across real estate sectors in the Asia-Pacific region. Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law (UNSW), and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Toby Hall is an experienced not-for-profit and healthcare executive, having most recently served for 8 years as CEO of St Vincent's Health Australia, Australia's second largest healthcare provider, until February 2022. Prior to St Vincent's, Toby was the CEO of Mission Australia for nearly a decade, and during his time at Mission, Toby oversaw the group's contribution to the formation of Goodstart Early Learning. Toby maintained involvement with Goodstart through a seat on the Board until 2014. Prior to Mission Australia, Toby was COO of World Vision Australia and before that, CEO of South Taranaki District Council. Toby is a director of UNICEF Australia, chaired ASX listed Sterihealth prior to delisting and was a director of Working Links the largest welfare to work provider to the U.K government. He is a qualified accountant with an MBA.

Victoria has over 15 years' experience across investment and corporate advisory, including 8 years in ESG focused finance. Victoria was most recently an Executive Director for Pollination, having previously been Head of Social Infrastructure in the Investment Team at the Clean Energy Finance Corporation ("CEFC"). Victoria has significant corporate finance and investment banking experience gained from roles at Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, and Macquarie Capital, which she joined after starting her career as a Civil Engineer. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and a Masters of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Wendy has held many significant leadership roles including eight years as Deputy Chair of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, ten years as Chancellor of the University of Canberra, and 12 years of service to Plan Australia as Chair. Wendy was previously Chair of Headspace National Youth Mental Health Foundation Ltd, Circus Oz and was a Director of IMF Bentham. In 1989 Wendy was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia for outstanding contributions to community and women's affairs.
