Change is the new normal, yet few leaders have had any formal training in organizational change practices. And, leadership development often reinforces the Industrial Era Machine Model. A further challenge often comes from an organization structure and operating style that are built for stability - to the point of suppressing change pressure until a disruptive, reactive change cannot be avoided. Our purpose here is to build cross-organization change leadership competency while championing new ways of thinking about organization design change that are supported by change experts serving as coaches and trainers.
