Richard Hagan, the managing director of Crystal Doors, has been a vocal advocate for the B Corp movement and the need for businesses to be more socially and environmentally responsible. In an interview with the Manchester Evening News, he said: "The world is facing a range of complex challenges, from climate change to social inequality. As businesses, we have a responsibility to address these issues and to use our resources and influence to create positive change." Richard believes that the B Corp movement provides a framework for businesses to do this, by setting clear standards and metrics for measuring social and environmental impact. He also believes that B Corp status can help businesses to attract and retain customers and employees who are increasingly looking for companies that align with their values.
