Since our inception, Grassroots has focused on building a consulting practice that is sensitive and responsive to the needs of small and medium enterprises... We are a business-mentorship service headquartered at Kochi. We aim to identify, support and nurture new entrepreneurs, at micro and small levels, in starting and scaling-up their ventures. We focus on co-creating organizations through a novel lens, i.e., from "an idea to an enterprise", while guiding the transformative journey of "an individual to an entrepreneur".
