Genafie McKnight - Founder

Genafie McKnight is the founder and lead clinician of GSM Therapeutic and Consulting Services LLC. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker and practicing therapist, McKnight has extensive experience serving and treating adults, children, families, and the elderly. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Social Work, one of the top ten schools nationally in her field of study. McKnight prioritizes psychoanalysis, behavioral, cognitive, and humanistic therapeutic approaches to serve her clients. And is committed to ensuring positive treatment outcomes. McKnight serves each client in strength and motivational-based manner and implements a client's spirituality into the therapeutic process as studies have shown that those components drive positive treatment outcomes.

Kameka Walters

Kameka Walters is a graduate of The University of Pittsburgh who obtained her Bachelors degree in 2009 and Masters in Social Work in 2014. She went on to become a Licensed Social Worker in 2021 while also obtaining her certification in (SFW) strength-based family social work. Walters comes with over 13 years of experience, having worked with children, youth and families and looks forward to her current role at GSM where she offers therapy to children, family, couples, and adults. In her down time, she enjoys being a wife, homeschooling her children, and traveling. Above all, she is a God-fearing woman who loves helping others grow and develop into their greatest potential.
