In 2020 Stephanie was awarded the first "Emily Roebling Award" by CAT Footwear "For Representing The Strength and Tenacity of Women in the Trades" In 2020 Stephanie was Appointed as an "Honorary Commander" serving for the term 2020 to 2022 for the 75 th Air Base Wing at Hill Air Force Base. Stephanie served as the Chair of the Utah PWB for the year 2020 Working along side a powerful group of extremely talented and driven women who knew they could and would do anything they wanted to. This group together took the Utah PWB worldwide with "The House That She Built" together they accomplished what few thought they could and put the homebuilding industry on notice that women not only belonged in the industry but that they were here to stay and the industry would be better with them in it!

Hey There! I'm the founder and CEO for Grizzly Habits Growth / CreatorofHappiness.com. If there's one thing I've learned, I really enjoy helping businesses grow. I've spent the latter part of my career as "Chief Growth Officer" for a globally know medical equipment manufacturer. While responsible for the commercial org, this position was uniquely crafted to compliment my 20+ years of experience growing businesses while leveraging all tools and resources available. Aside from my role managing the commercial organization, I've spent several years as the Vice President of marketing for other medical organizations underneath our public umbrella. Before Grizzly Habits I founded multiple companies in other industries including off-road & e-commerce, and have helped other businesses find growth in home building, real estate, plastic injection molding, restaurants, etc… One of my favorite forms of mentorship is to share the knowledge I've gained throughout my life. By sharing the stories of those I've met, and the wins & losses from my trails, I hope to guide my followers through those uncharted territories.
