As the President of Global Watchmen Associates (GWA), Rick Halbleib provides strategic vision to corporate leaders on intelligence, national defense, and cyber security issues through the development of cutting-edge technology, identification of best government practices, and leadership/intelligence education/training. His goal is to bridge communication between private and government sectors to create the next level of intelligence sharing and protect the nation against threats on a global stage. Rick is a seasoned senior executive with more than 44 years' federal military/civilian experience leading intelligence and security operations around the world. As President at GWA, Rick is charged with advancing the company's long-term vision and global operations, as well as the strategy and acceleration of GWA's commercial efforts as the company continues to scale and expand internationally.
