Austin began his career as a Financial Advisor at Stifel in 2023.
Taking a comprehensive approach, Austin employs personalized, goal-oriented investment strategies to develop tailored wealth management plans designed to address his clients' wants, needs, and ambitions, no matter where they are in their investment journey.
Austin earned a B.A. in Finance: Investments from the University of Northern Iowa and an M.S. in Finance from the University of Iowa. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
When Blake Hamer began his investment industry career with Stifel in 2017, he brought with him nearly 10 years of experience in the mortgage servicing field. During a challenging time in the mortgage servicing industry, Blake assisted individuals and families searching for options to avoid foreclosure. He was always careful to manage expectations and provide updates throughout the process. For the last three-and-a-half of those years, he responded to customer complaints and worked with internal and external parties to resolve underlying issues.
Helping his clients address their financial challenges and pursue their goals was rewarding for Blake, and he realized he could expand on this experience through a career in the investment industry. Today, he develops customized wealth management and investment strategies designed to help his clients not only avoid financial hardship, but to journey toward the life and retirement they've always wanted.
Blake shares his life with his wife, Kylea, and children, McKinley, Owen, and Sawyer. In his free time, he most enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities. He also serves as a board member for Main Street Waterloo. Blake earned a B.A. in Management/Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa and an A.A. in Liberal Arts and an A.A.S. in Horticulture Science.

For Keith Hamer, the Cedar Valley is a natural place to call home. It's where he grew up, where he went to school, and where his mom still lives today. Northern Wisconsin, however, comes in a close second place. The summers of his youth were spent at his grandfather's lake cabin, where Keith developed a love for the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. This is also where he met his wife, Cindy, whose family owned a cranberry marsh nearby.
During those summers at the cabin, Keith also developed many of the values that stick with him to this day, including the importance of physical labor and hard work. His grandfather taught him that discipline was required if he was to achieve his goals. Both places - the Cedar Valley and Northern Wisconsin - deserve credit for instilling in him a desire to uphold the principles and values that have made him the man he is today.
Keith graduated from the University of Northern Iowa. Since that time, he has worked for investment firms such as Piper Jaffrey and others, ultimately aligning with Stifel in 2006.
Keith enjoys all aspects of the investment industry. He specializes in formalizing, implementing, and periodically reviewing investment strategies with clients, maintaining a strong focus on conducting due diligence - a trait that he believes sets him apart from some others in this industry.

When not at the office, Keith is active with the Black Hawk County YMCA board of directors. He has served as board chair and is currently on the endowment committee. Keith also enjoys spending time with his wife and family, including three grown children and their families - five grandchildren keep him very busy. When he can make the time, Keith also enjoys using his single engine and seaplane pilot's ratings, scuba diving, and playing his Taylor/Martin acoustic guitars.
