Hayat lab is a new and interdisciplinary computational lab at the Institute of Experimental Medicine and Systems Biology, UniKlinik Aachen. Our group focuses on developing computational tools for systematically analyzing, interpreting and visualizing data from single-cell technologies such as single-cell transcriptomics, spatial transcriptomics and high-content imaging... We work in very close collaboration with medical doctors and experimentalists in the Krammanlab
