This distillation method is performed under reduced pressure, which lowers the boiling point of most liquids and gives us the most sinfully smooth Icelandic vodka. As with other distillation methods, this technique separates compounds based on differences in boiling points. The product is then purified with geothermal energy and Icelandic Spring Water...
