Pep is an Avionics LAE with more than 10 years of experience in commercial aviation. He has worked as a contractor in oil and gas, EMS and in China, and managed projects as an Avionics Team Leader. As a result, he understands the reality of both heavy maintenance and line maintenance.

Troy co-founded HeliTSA with a vision to fill the gaps that exist between training and working in the hangar. He is an Engine/Airframe LAE with 20 years of experience working for leading Australia aviation companies, having started his career in Australian Army aviation before transitioning to commercial aviation. Drawing on this experience, Troy delivers training with a high level of insight and attention to detail. When he's not teaching, Troy can be found spending time with his family and fishing.
