Since my election to office, we have made tremendous strides in bringing Dallas County courts into the 21st Century and have been recognized by our Commissioners Court for our united efforts in creating transparency and efficiencies in the Dallas court system... During these past 3 years, I have focused on adding additional efficiencies by leveraging technology to enhance our ability to provide online services for citizen engagement and to make the county clerk's office one that is recognized as providing best in class services for the citizens of Dallas County... Most recently, the advances we have made allowed the county clerk's office to continue to provide essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Post-COVID, we continue to work to transform our office to meet additional services and needs of the public that were realized amid the pandemic.
