My name is Bob Hurst and my wife is Gina. We are the founders and owners of Kirksey Hilltop Mushrooms, Inc. (KHM). KHM is a company which grows mushrooms for gourmet edibles and herbal supplements. KHM offers "How To" online classes and eBooks to provide you with the skills to produce your own mushrooms, supplements, extracts, and tinctures. We are committed to researching and providing new ways to utilize nature's fungi for the benefit of our health as well as helping our environment. Here at KHM in our facility's Lab, we test and research different mushrooms as well as develop good producing strains for our base library to provide the best mushrooms we can. Here at the farm we will be doing many outdoor experiments and studies to help improve outdoor cultivation and environmental improvements methods.
