LAHRK was formed with a purpose of providing innovative and collaborative approaches to projects. LAHRK is a local Manitoba worker cooperative, employing highly motivated individuals with varying skill sets, education and training. Our diversity of experience provides a well-rounded and holistic approach to a broad range of local projects. Our experience, training and skills allows us to take a variety of exciting and challenging development projects from ideas to concepts to plans and strategies to implementation... While each member of our team brings a unique set of skills and experiences, we choose to work together because of a shared set of values. Our shared values are those of participation, as actors, not just recipients, of those institutions which impact our lives, what makes us citizens in the truest sense of the word. This is a model of participation and governance that we believe is of critical democratic importance, and too which we are personally invested.​
