LifeCare and its employees proudly participate in public safety awareness events, cancer awareness events, and many other charitable activities. Dan Wildman is a co-founder of LifeCare Medical Transports. He has been influential in the operations platform used by the organization in numerous departments including: billing, call-center, dispatch, and field operations. Dan Wildman's achievements as an EMS leader stem from as far back as 1989 when he joined the Fredericksburg Rescue Squad and later became designated a life member. Wildman is also a life member for the Chancellor Fire and Rescue organization since 2004. For the rescue squad, Wildman served as treasurer and recruitment and retention officer. For the State of Virginia's Association of Volunteer Rescue Squads, Wildman served as district vice president and state editor. In addition to serving on national, state, and local EMS committees, Wildman is known for his work supporting the National EMS Memorial Service. Wildman has been a board member with the National EMS Memorial Service for nearly 20 years and most recently served as its treasurer during the past six years. Wildman is giving back to the EMS community and helping foster honor and healing for families who have lost a loved one who died in the EMS line of duty. In addition, Wildman hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington.

Joey King has more than 40 years of service as an EMS leader with extensive knowledge in operations, management, and administration. He has served LifeCare in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility-managing all aspects of operations and delivery of services including business development, administration, safety, risk, acquisitions, vendor relations, purchasing, and fleet maintenance in multiple jurisdictions. Joey serves on numerous local, regional, and state committees which include the Inter-facility Transport Committee for the Peninsula's EMS Council, Regional Pharmacy Committee Chair, Regional Stroke Committee, and Board of Directors for the Rappahannock Community College Paramedic Program Joey has received numerous awards for Excellence in EMS, multiple accommodations for the saving of a life, a service award for actions during 911 (September 11, 2001) during the events at Charlottesville (2017) and the prestigious "Star of Life Award" from the American Ambulance Association. Outside of LifeCare Joey currently serves as the Secretary of the Virginia Association of Volunteer Rescue Squads. Joey currently serves as the President of the Virginia Ambulance Association and Secretary for the Virginia Association of Volunteer Rescue Squads.

Kevin Dillard is a co-founder and visionary for LifeCare Medical Transports. Under his leadership, the company has grown to be one of Virginia's largest and most respected medical transportation providers. Dillard has more than 37 years of experience as an EMS caregiver. The experience he has with the hospital systems and in the EMS industry informs his expertise as a solutions provider who listens or sees a need and then quickly addresses it through thoughtful innovation. His innate skill for serving as a change agent has led to numerous EMS leadership achievements. Kevin Dillard has served on numerous state and local EMS steering and disaster planning committees. These committees have significant influence on the healthcare and EMS delivery systems in Virginia. Kevin Dillard has been honored as a life member of both the Fredericksburg Rescue Squad and the Chancellor Fire & Rescue Department. Kevin Dillard is an honorary member of the Aqua Harbor Rescue Squad. Virginia's Governor appointed Dillard to the Governor's EMS Advisory Board four times and for a total of 12 years because of Dillard's progressive and innovative insights for improving Virginia's EMS system. Kevin Dillard has served as president of the Rappahannock EMS Council for more than 15 years. In May 2012, Germanna Community College President, David Sam appointed Dillard to serve on the Emergency Management Services Advisory Committee. Kevin Dillard has served in almost every officer position, including president, for the Virginia Association of Volunteer Rescue Squads. (This association assists volunteer rescue squads throughout the State offering training, financial assistance, legal counsel services, and political lobbying resources for EMS related issues in the General Assembly.) Kevin Dillard received Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Virginia (1999). On a national level, Kevin is a founder of the National EMS Memorial Service and served as chairman/president for 20 years. The National EMS Memorial Service honors EMS providers from all over America who died in the line of duty. The National EMS Memorial Service board decided to move the location of the annual service to a venue in Colorado Springs so that it would be more centrally located in the United States. The new permanent location for the event allows for greater participation by EMS care providers and attendance by family members of those fallen in the line of duty. In addition to numerous EMS credentials and certifications, Dillard also hold a master's degree in Business Administration from Averett College.
