Ouida Ferguson, a healthcare revenue cycle professional has over 15 years of experience in data analytics. Former employers and clients include Blue Cross Blue Shield, Northwestern Medicine, John A. Burns School of Medicine (University of Hawaii), YMCA of the USA, and Easterseals National. Ouida is a certified life coach, motivational speaker and trainer through the John Maxwell Team. These courses were developed as a result of her passion for helping others create meaningful spreadsheets, graphs, charts and dashboards to use in decision making. Ouida has a bachelor's degree in Health Care Management from the University of Alabama and an EMBA in Strategic Management from Hawaii Pacific University.
