Line of Life (LIFELINE) Association of the Yukon, also known as Line of Life Yukon is a not-profit, charitable organization funded in part by the Government of Yukon, Department of Health and Social Services. Line of Life Yukon is pleased to partner with Philips Lifeline to provide the Philips Lifeline service to the communities we serve... For 30 years, the Line of Life (LIFELINE) Association of the Yukon has provided Line of Life services throughout the Yukon (including Atlin and Lower Post, B.C.). Initially started by a team of volunteers in the late 1980s, we welcomed our first subscriber in 1991. In 2001, the monitoring of the service was moved to Philips Lifeline... The Line of Life (LIFELINE) Association is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for the policy decision making of the Association.
