Aimee M. Goulding

Job Titles:
  • Attorney
Attorney Aimee Goulding brings an extraordinary combination of intelligence, integrity and attention to detail to the practice of law. She is instrumental to the firm's successful devotion to complex personal injury matters by her tenacity, interest in the science behind a case and her passion for achieving justice. In addition to her litigation practice, Attorney Goulding has developed the firm's estate planning practice, the goal of which is to design and implement a system for individuals to transfer assets after death, without having to go through the frustration and unnecessary expense of probate. This is accomplished by taking the time to understand a family's needs, and then preparing the necessary wills, trusts, and other instruments to assure that our client's wishes are accurately expressed so they can be executed seamlessly without court involvement. During law school at New England Law Boston - from which she graduated cum laude in 2004; her scholarship was recognized by her appointment as Lead Articles Editor of the New England Law Review and a recipient of the New England Scholar award. In addition, prior to her graduation, Attorney Goulding gained litigation experience as an intern for the Middlesex District Attorney's Office and the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. Attorney Goulding is licensed to practice law in both the Federal Court and the Massachusetts Trial Court where she has appeared throughout the Commonwealth. She is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the American Association for Justice. Away from the office, Aimee is also an active member of Our Father's Table, a group that cooks and serves meals to community members in need, participates in charity races throughout the year and is a regular volunteer at her children's school.
