Bambi Hyche

Bambi has been a member of the May Veterinary family since 1998 beginning as a kennel attendant and quickly taking on other responsibilites within our practice. Bambi's organizational skills and her natural instincts for customer service make her a perfect fit as our Hospital Manager. Bambi has been around animals her entire life which led to her passion to work in the veterinary field. The genuine care of the doctors and staff for our clients and their pets make coming to work each day a joy for Bambi. Bambi has a dog named Maddie and three cats- Noodle, Mac, and Cheese. When not working, she loves being outdoors enjoying the river and making memories with her family.

Dr Christine Gladney

Dr Christine Gladney has been with May Veterinary since 2005 (she also did a stint with us between 1995-97). Being a veterinarian is in her blood; she was surrounded by animals on the farm she grew up on in New Jersey and worked in a veterinary hospital during high school and college. Dr Gladney received her undergraduate degree in Animal and Dairy Science from Auburn University in 1993. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University in 1997. She also won the Upjohn Pharmacia Award for Proficiency upon her graduation. Today Dr Gladney has a special interest in feline medicine. She is a member of the Tuscaloosa County Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association. Dr Gladney adopted a three-legged cat named Nubbins from the clinic who lives at home with many other pets and farm animals. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening and cooking. She volunteers at her daughters' schools and is a member of Romulus United Methodist Church.
