Alyson Basso

Alyson is a co-founder and partner of Hayden Wealth Management. Alyson has over 18 years of experience working with individuals, families, and small business owners serving as a Financial Advisor and resource. Alyson is a Registered Representative holding Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations in addition to Massachusetts and New Hampshire insurance licenses. She has completed comprehensive financial industry studies including retirement planning, investment theory, behavioral finance, and insurance protection at the American College of Financial Services and has been awarded the Chartered Financial Consultant designation, ChFC®. Additionally, Alyson has met the rigorous educational, experience, examination, and ethical requirements, earning her Certified Financial Planner™ certification, CFP®, and now serves as an item writer for the CFP® exam and as a member of the CFP® Scholarship Review Panel. Committed to the highest professional standards and continuous learning, Alyson earned an MBA at Bentley University concentrating in Law & Taxation. She completed the coursework to earn a Certificate in Blockchain and Digital Assets® and is a member of the Digital Assets Council of Financial Professionals, a member of the Greater Boston Bankers Association, and a member of the Financial Planning Association of Massachusetts. Alyson lives in Windham NH with her husband Brandon and 4 children Aubrey, Hayden, Nathan, and Liliana. She enjoys keeping active with hiking, figure skating, and running half marathons. Her favorite is the Franconia Half Marathon benefitting Adaptive Sports Partners of the North Country. Alyson has a passion for philanthropy and includes her entire family in serving. As a family, they are members of Kids in Service NH, Inspiring Families to Serve Together. Alyson proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Tri-Town Council and is an Angel Volunteer with Soldiers Angels, providing aid and comfort to deployed service members, veterans, wounded heroes, and military families. Alyson is also an Ambassador for Raising Awareness for Developmental Language Disorder (RADLD.org) and volunteers in the library at the Golden Brook Elementary School in Windham NH.

Christine Whatley

Christine is the Director of Client Services and Operations for Hayden Wealth Management. Christine has over 20 years of experience working within various industries as a Customer Service Manager for a Nationwide Retailer, Operations Support Coordinator for a large Insurance Company, Member Relations Manager of a Nursing Organization, and Community Manager for a Worldwide shared office space. Christine has a customer focused approach, a meticulous eye for detail, and the drive and desire to get things done right the first time by continually looking for ways to innovate, improve and streamline technology solutions resulting in time saving efficiencies providing a streamlined, headache-free experience for our clientele. Christine is a graduate of Florida State University, grew up in Michigan, and lived in North Carolina prior to her arrival in Massachusetts. She loves working with children and animals, supporting local food pantries and food banks, once coordinated a food drive with her co-workers which resulted in a food donation of 2,000 pounds (1 ton) for a North Carolina food bank. She has been involved with March of Dimes for many years and supports her local MSPCA and feline rescue organizations. Christine loves to travel, to cook, read, paint, photograph animals, enjoys yoga, and spending time with her friends and family including being the "Fairy Godmother" to her many nieces, nephews, godchildren, and fur babies. Her favorite place to be is anywhere near the water.

Jason Mahoney

Jason is an Operations Associate for Hayden Wealth Management. With four years of experience in the banking industry, Jason has built a reputation as a detail-oriented and organized professional with a keen eye for numbers. After graduating from the Governors Academy in 2020, Jason pursued his passion for business by enrolling at Suffolk University, where he is now a senior pursuing a degree in business management with a minor in investments. His studies have complemented his work in banking, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of the financial industry. Jason has also demonstrated his commitment to expanding his knowledge and expertise in the financial industry. He has successfully completed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, obtained a license as a life insurance producer in Massachusetts, and has passed the Series 65 exam. When he's not working or studying, Jason enjoys playing basketball, golfing, hiking, and traveling. He has volunteered with the Special Olympics as a soccer coach. He believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and takes time to pursue his interests and hobbies outside of the office. With his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and client-first approach, Jason is poised for a bright future in the industry. Rachel Tucker

Rachel is our Lead Operations Support Associate at Hayden Wealth Management. She started here with us in the summer of 2022 as an intern who participated in the creation of Hayden Wealth Academy, our introductory personal finance course that will soon be offered to high school students across the North Shore. She graduated cum laude with high distinction from Pingree School in 2020 and is now a student at Tufts University where she studies economics while minoring in sociology. There, she has gone through several relevant courses that are applicable to her work here including Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Statistics, and Econometrics. In addition to her studies, Rachel is passionate about volunteering and service work. At Tufts, she is a math and Spanish tutor for the Leonard Carmichael society where she helps middle and high school students from Medford improve their skills in these foundational classes. She also spends time volunteering at the Mystic Learning Center in Somerville as a mentor. There, she works with local elementary students to enrich their after-school program. In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer, reading, hiking, and spending time with her dog Chase! Fun fact: she is also a certified lifeguard! Rachel is a motivated, hardworking individual with a strong sense of commitment to any task at hand. With her excellent organizational skills and work ethic, she is always committed to putting her best foot forward. She is excited to have the opportunity to work with clients and learn more about the financial industry.
