Alejandro Bonilla

Alejandro has more than 18 years of experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating fundraising, communication, marketing, and social entrepreneurship plans for non-governmental organizations in the United States and Latin America. Alejandro served as Development Director at Children International United States and Development Manager at Children International Mexico. He has vast experience in successfully implementing fundraising strategies with the support of companies, governments, international cooperation organizations, and individuals. Alejandro has a master's degree in communication business management from the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) in Spain and a degree in Communication and Journalism from the Universidad Centroamericana (UCA) in El Salvador. In addition to different certifications in fundraising, such as the renowned "Non-Profit Management Certificate" from the School of Fundraising at Indiana University in the United States.

Ana Rocío Bustillo

Professional in project management, activities implementation and preparing reports, documents, and agreed products. Extensive experience coordinating the sales team to achieve income goals for the institution's sustainability, offering different services to the private and public sectors at a national level with particular emphasis on services, training programs, and people certification processes. Worked as Marketing Manager at CADERH, creating and developing marketing strategies to identify opportunities. Extensive experience creating a client portfolio, promoting and selling hall rentals for social and corporate events, and renting office spaces.

Ester Soto

Ester has a Master's degree in Public Management and Political Science from ITESO Jesuit University in Guadalajara. She has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Rafael Landívar Jesuit University in Guatemala. Ester has complementary formation on Public Policy, Advocacy, Budget Management, Human Resources Development, and Sustainable Urban Development. She also has experience in project management, strategic planning, grant writing, as well as monitoring and evaluation. She currently lives in Guadalajara, México, leading Nex Fundraising work for Mexico.

Larissa Curado

Larissa has extensive experience in nonprofit organization management, design, strategic implementation plans, management of social projects, administration and management of international funds, and corporate social responsibility in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. She has 12 years of experience managing high impact sockets, as a coach and consultant for North American donors seeking to develop their CSR strategies in Latin America. Larissa has accompanied hundreds of Latin American NGOs in their processes of institutional capacity building, fundraising, donor relations, and intercultural communication with international donors. She served as a consultant at The Equator Initiative of the United Nations Development Program, UNDP in New York. She was the Giving Manager for the Brazil Foundation in New York. Larissa has advised NGOs from Brazil, India, and the United States in their strategic planning processes, capacity building, and management of strategic allies. She holds a master's in international relations from The New School University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidad Estacio de Sá, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, specializing in Human Rights. Larissa speaks Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Leonardo Velásquez

Leonardo is an International development professional with over 15 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, fundraising, advocacy, entrepreneurship, employability, and youth development in Honduras and Latin American. He has a master's degree in public administration from Columbia University in the City of New York and a bachelor's degree in marketing and international business from UNITEC in Honduras. Leonardo was Director of Development and Alliances for Junior Achievement Americas, in charge of resource mobilizing and alliances for the Americas region. He was the Regional Director of Advocacy for Latin America and the Caribbean at World Vision International. Leonardo is one of the founders of TECHO in Honduras and was the Regional Development Director for TECHO in Latin America and the Caribbean. Leonardo lives in Tegucigalpa, where he leads the work of Nex in Honduras.

Nathalie Cáceres

Nathalie has a Legal and Social Sciences degree with a master's degree in environmental project management from the University of Kiel, Germany, and a Diploma in Leadership Development. Nathalie has more than 12 years of experience in the public and private sectors, as an advisor and consultant in managing social projects. She served as Executive Director for the Fundación Cerveceria Hondureña, leading projects recognized in the region and awarded by the Mexican Center for Philanthropy CEMEFI and ALIARSE, Mackay Awards. Nathalie has extensive experience establishing public-private partnerships, CSR strategies, Corporate Social Investment, and Social Marketing. Nathalie lives in Guatemala City, where she leads Nex Fundraising's work in that country.

Orlando Vásquez

Orlando is a corporate lawyer and specialist in project management for development. He was the General Manager of TECHO in the Dominican Republic. As an alliance and communications associate of the United Nations World Food Program and as international cooperation officer of the European External Action Service in the Dominican Republic, Orlando has promoted the development of links between the government, civil society, the private sector, and international organizations for the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Wendy Brizuela

Wendy worked as Communication Advisor for the Spanish Agency of International Development (AECID) El Salvador, and currently she is the Communication Advisor of the European Union in El Salvador. Wendy served as Communications manager for the international communication firm AGA & Associates. In addition, she was Communications Manager for FUDEM El Salvador.
