NORTHWEST MONITORING - Key Persons
Annie joined our team in January 2022 as a Commercial Project Assistant. She has been in the construction field for 27 years in various aspects of the industry. She manages the daily schedule of incoming requests for inspections while maintaining the company database for future inspection requests. She has been a valuable asset to our ever growing team with constant communication with our clients. We look forward to utilizing her broad range of administrative talents to further grow the NWM footprint.
At NWM, Annie works closely with both the Project Review team and its clients. She coordinates all incoming projects, verifying all documents are received and ensuring Project Reviews are delivered on time to the clients. In addition, Annie lends assistance in writing the reports.
Ben joined NWM this year! He is an extremely quick learner. He has increased the capacity of our residential team and has allowed us to grow geographically. His customer service and communication skills make him a great joy to have on our team.
Chris joined NWM in 2020 as a residential report writer. Chris has an extensive background in residential construction design. Chris has been instrumental in implementing new processes and was promoted to the lead of our report writing team in 2021.

Drew started his journey in construction by being an independent construction consultant. Drew now has 7 years of experience in the construction industry. He signed on with NWM to assist with expanding Northwest Monitoring throughout the state of Washington. Drew is a valuable member of the NWM team and our construction monitoring processes.
Emily has been with NWM since the summer of 2020. Before joining NWM, she developed and directed an Employment Program serving marginalized adults. Emily loves creating systems and streamlining processes and is thrilled to contribute her skills to the NWM team. In addition to implementing systems that have quadrupled our residential inspection capacity, Emily loves working with people and enjoys working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Grant graduated with a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Oregon State
University and has 15 years of experience in the construction industry. At NWM Grant's duties include working closely with developers, owners, and lenders to help manage and monitor projects through the various stages of design, construction, and turnover. His construction management experience is a tremendous asset to NWM.
Through this experience, Matt has developed core competencies including project management, estimating and bidding, creation and tracking of budgets and schedules, as well as reviewing, reporting, and managing bank loan budgets.
Micah has a B.S. in construction management from Oregon State University. He has strong coordination and communication skills, these skills help maintain efficiency and streamline projects. Micah has over 17 years of experience in the construction industry and is a valuable member of NWM team and our construction monitoring processes.
Mitchell graduated from the University of Oregon in 2008 with a B.S. in Psychology. He now has 16 years of experience in the construction industry. Mitchell found an opportunity with NWM in 2018 and has been tackling draw inspections and project reviews in Central Willamette Valley since.
Nick has a B.S. in construction management from Colorado State University. He has 14 years of construction experience. At NWM he performs tasks including draw inspections, conceptual estimating, and project cost reviews for our clients.
Rob has worked primarily in the residential, multi-family, and acquisition & development construction industries for the past 18 years. In 2003 he decided to expand his construction knowledge and learn the lending side of construction. In 2007 Rob partnered with Bo Oswald to form Northwest Monitoring, this partnership allowed the firm to provide comprehensive residential, commercial, due diligence, and owner representation services to lenders and property owners throughout the Western United States. In 2015, he became the sole principal of Northwest Monitoring and manages all day-to-day operations of the residential and commercial services.
Scott attended West Virginia University and received a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Scott has over 20 years of postgrad experience in the construction industry. His experience is primarily in the commercial and residential markets. Scott has been with NWM since 2014 and manages all our Idaho commercial, acquisitions & development, and residential projects.

Tom joined Northwest Monitoring in 2019 as our Chief Operating Officer. He has 22 years of leadership experience in a variety of industries. Most recently he was the managing director at Kforce in Portland and spent two terms as president of HIMSS Oregon. Tom's experience brings additional organization and process improvement as Northwest Monitoring expands its services and geographical footprint. He is a valuable asset to our businesses success.
Tori has over 30 years of construction experience and has worked with contract/risk management and modular inspections. In 2013 Tori took on the role of office manager for Northwest Monitoring. She manages the ongoing report administration, pay application auditing, lien waiver review, scheduling, and field inspector coordination. Tori is a tremendous asset to the Northwest Monitoring Team!
