Test everyone for both whether we/they are actively infected, and whether we/they carry anti-bodies... This is the ONLY way, short of a vaccine, that we can quickly open up our economy. If we know who is infected, we can separate those who are from those who aren't. If we know who has already been infected and has immunity, they can get back to work immediately.
