I established Phillips LLC in order to provide client-focused legal services. This approach allows our clients to reach effective and practical solutions based on their individual needs and goals. I primarily represent businesses and individuals who are involved in civil litigation or who need practical solutions to complex disputes and day-to-day legal challenges. Throughout my years of practice, I have successfully represented corporations, partnerships, LLCs, financial institutions, venture capital and private equity firms, individuals and entrepreneurs in a variety of commercial litigation matters involving contract disputes, partnership disputes, fraud claims, real estate and landlord/tenant disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, employment disputes, business torts, enforcement and violations of restrictive covenants, protection of trade secrets; and biometric (BIPA) and privacy claims.
